Ama�: Bu �al��ma, hem�irelik son s�n�f ��rencilerinin sa�l�k bak�m�nda bilgisayar kullan�m�na y�nelik tutumlar� ve ili�kili etmenlerin belirlenmesi amac�yla yap�lm��t�r.
Y�ntem: Tan�mlay�c� ve kesitsel tipteki ara�t�rma Haziran-Temmuz 2021 tarihleri aras�nda bir �niversitenin hem�irelik fak�ltesine kay�tl� olan 162 son s�n�f ��rencisiyle y�r�t�lm��t�r. Veriler �Kat�l�mc� Bilgi Formu� ve �Sa�l�k Bak�m�nda Bilgisayar Kullan�m�na Y�nelik Tutum �l�e�i� kullan�larak toplanm��t�r. Verilerin de�erlendirilmesinde SPSS 25.0 paket program� kullan�lm��t�r. Sosyo-demografik veriler say�, ortalama, y�zde ve standart sapma olarak verilmi�tir. Verilerin analizinde say�, ortalama, y�zde da��l�mlar�, ba��ms�z gruplarda t-testi, Mann Whitney-U testi, One-way ANOVA testi ve Pearson korelasyon testi kullan�lm��t�r.
Bulgular: Bu ara�t�rmada 162 ��rencinin %67.9�u kad�n, ya� ortalamas� 22.43�1.50 y�ld�r. ��rencilerin �l�ek toplam puan ortalamalar� 15.65�8.91�dir. ��rencilerin kendilerine ait bilgisayara sahip olma durumunun (t=2.729, p<0.01), bilgisayar kullan�m s�kl��n�n (u=637.500, p<0.01), bilgisayar kullanmay� bilme d�zeyinin (F=13.410, p<0.001) ve hem�irelik ile ilgili uygulamalarda bilgisayar kullan�m durumunun (t=4.244, p<0.001) sa�l�k bak�m�nda bilgisayar kullan�m�na y�nelik tutumlar�n� etkiledi�i saptanm��t�r.
Sonu�: Hem�irelik son s�n�f ��rencilerinin sa�l�k bak�m�nda bilgisayar kullan�m�na y�nelik orta d�zeyde tutum sergiledi�i bulunmu�tur. Hem�irelik ��rencilerin bu alana y�nelik olumlu tutum sergilemesinin hem�irelik bak�m kalitesini art�raca��, klinik veri ve �izelgelerine daha kolay eri�im sa�lanabilece�i d��n�lmektedir.

Aim: This study was conducted to determine the attitudes of nursing senior students towards the use of computers in healthcare and related factors.
Method: The descriptive and cross-sectional study was conducted with 162 senior nursing students in a faculty of nursing at a university between June and July 2021. Data were collected with the �Participant Information Form� and �Attitudes toward Computers in Healthcare Assessment Scale.� The SPSS 25.0 package program was used to evaluate the data. Socio-demographic data were given as numbers, mean, percentages, and standard deviation. Number, mean, percentage distributions, independent groups t-test, Mann Whitney-U test, One-way ANOVA test, and Pearson correlation test were used to analyze the data.
Results: In this research, 67.9% of the 162 students were females, and the mean age was 22.43�1.50 years. The mean score of the students on the scale was 15.65�8.91. Status of owning a computer (t=2.729, p<0.01), frequency of computer usage (u=637.500, p<0.01), level of knowledge in using a computer (F=13.410, p<0.001), and status of computer use in nursing practices (t=4.244, p<0.001) were found to affect attitudes of nursing students towards the use of computers in healthcare.
Conclusion: Senior nursing students were found to have a moderate attitude towards using computers in healthcare. Adopting more positive attitudes towards this area will increase the quality of nursing care and provide easier access to clinical data and charts.
